Group Exercise Class Descriptions

F.I.T.
Come blast through a workout with a trainer in a group setting. Learn proper and safe techniques to build strength, muscle and stamina. Throw out all your ideas of training. This class is intense! , interval training and anything else that can intensify your workout experience.

Strike Fit
Enjoy a high intensity class that incorporates Muay Thai kickboxing techniques to build strength, coordination, and flexibility. There will be use of heavy bags, weights, and partner activities. Most suitable participants of medium to high fitness levels. Newcomers welcome!

Cycling
Combination of basic cycling movement with motivational coaching techniques utilizing an intense cardio workout on the bikes. Burns over 500 calories and involves hills, jumps, climbs and sprints.

Zumba
High energy dance workout that will help you burn calories while having fun. This class appeals to all levels. New comers and veterans welcome!

Karate
Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength building moves of Karate. You'll enjoy high intensity drills and learn self defense moves. Most suitable participants of medium to high fitness levels. Newcomers welcome!

Pilates
Conditioning for the entire body! Promotes balanced musculature, flexibility and agility. It is considered a form of art that improves posture and core control.

Step
A series of choreographed step patterns. Mind and body coordination will help you burn calories while making your workout interesting. You'll never get bored in this class.

Power Pump/sculpting
Tone and strengthen your muscles with this combination of upper and lower body exercises. This class uses weights, steps, bands and stability balls.

Yoga
A series of postures to develop a more harmonized body, mind, and spirit. Emphasis on relaxed spinal stretches, breathing techniques and mindfulness.

Bellydancing
An abtastic voyage for your core. This class is moderately paced and will teach you actual bellydancing routines. All levels welcome.

Step Kick and Burn
This hour and a half class is basic step, kickboxing moves, then working with weights for strength. Great for all levels.
