Arrive on any day for a scheduled 60 minute block and receive instruction from a personal trainer for a effective group workout. Stay for as long or as short as you would like. A drop in fee will be charged on only the days you show up for group training.
When?

It’s a fun and affordable way of getting safe and effective workouts from a personal trainer.
Cost:
Group training is being offered at a rate of $20/session. Members may purchase group training sessions at the time of the sessions or prepay for as many as you would like in advance.
